CANCELLATION POLICY
BBL Appointment Policy Please notify us that you are canceling via call/text. ONLY IF you are unable to cancel through email confirmation(sent from glossgenius). No-shows & same-day cancellations are subject to full service amount booked. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation. Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time or they may be cancelled by service provider. If you need to cancel and it’s NOT allowing you via the confirmation email sent to you please text (760)995-0823. We do not allow extra guest at BBL if they are not being serviced, this includes spouses, friends, moms etc. please have all guest wait in car if not being serviced. Please leave all large strollers or wagons in car. We cannot accommodate large strollers or wagons. By booking, clients agree to these terms.
