CANCELLATION POLICY
BBL Esthetics Appointment & Deposit Policy Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointments through the email confirmation message. Cancellations Cancellations must be made through the email confirmation message. Deposits are non-refundable and forfeited in cases of late cancellations or no-shows. No-Show Policy No-shows forfeit the deposit and must pay a new deposit to rebook. Late Arrivals Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. Booking Confirmation Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time. By booking, clients agree to these terms.
