CANCELLATION POLICY
BBL Appointment Policy Arriving late to your appointment may affect the remainder of our schedule and other guests’ appointment times. We allow a 10-minute grace period; however, if you are not in the treatment room within those 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be canceled. We appreciate your understanding and punctuality as it helps us stay on schedule for all guests. If you need to cancel and are unable to do so through the appointment reminder email/text… please contact us (760) 995-0823. No-shows and same-day cancellations within 6 hours of appointment are subject to the FULL service amount booked. To maintain a comfortable, relaxing, and private environment, we do not allow extra guests inside the studio unless they are being serviced. This includes spouses, friends, parents, etc. In special cases, children may accompany the parent receiving services; however, they must remain inside the treatment room with the parent at all times. We kindly ask that all large strollers and wagons remain in the vehicle, as we are unable to accommodate them inside the studio. By booking an appointment with BBL Esthetics Wax Center, clients agree to these terms.
